Dave Joiner Homes pours slabs using re-bar, which is known to create high-performance, long-lasting foundations. Many builders opt for the less reliable post-tension cable slab to save time and money, but we have seen this method experience failures.

This award-winning community features more than 1,000 rolling acres of Texas Hill Country and is within a 40-mile radius of Austin, San Antonio, Marble Falls, Boerne, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Horseshoe Bay.
GOLF AND AMENITIES
The Rockin’ J Ranch is home to the Vaaler Creek Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole championship course. All real estate sales include basic membership in the golf club, and the course has been voted to be among the best in the Texas. You’ll love the rustic ranch charm of the clubhouse as well as the community pool & poolhouse. If you love getting outdoors, residents here have access to several miles of hiking trails and many other outdoor activities.
